The NY Strip Roast is the showstopper of the holiday table. A full strip loin left intact, delivering everything you love about a great New York strip steak in one dramatic, carve-at-the-table centerpiece. Bold beef flavor, a firm but tender bite, and a beautiful fat cap that bastes the meat as it roasts.
Ours is sourced from USDA Prime Black Angus cattle, the top grade awarded to fewer than 5% of all beef in the country, and hand-trimmed in our shop to leave just the right amount of fat for flavor and a stunning presentation. No guesswork, no shortcuts. Just the cut, prepared the way it should be.
This roast is built for a crowd. Plan on feeding 6–10 guests, depending on the size you select, with enough richness and marbling to satisfy even the most serious steak lover at the table.
